Buying multiple programs, get one free

Hi all,


This may have been addressed at one time but I was hoping to get some advice on you have set up something like the following.


We have a series of programs for toddlers and want to offer a buy 5, get the 6th one free. I know that I can add all the money they would pay all the programs and just subtract that amount to give them the rate. The question I have is, can we do more than one refund if for some reason more than one of the programs get cancelled or needs to be refunded?


I've thought about doing this as a program package but I don't that would be the easiest way to do this. Plus there are about 3 different types of prices that I will need to work with - Member, non-member, and non-member with admission.
