Timed ticketing

I have set up our timed ticketing until August 31st now I want to go until October, can I just add the additional days on the program we are using with effecting anything or do I need to make another whole set up??

Hi Ruth!  You should be able to add events to your existing program!

Following.  Does anyone know of a timing window for timed tickets?  For instance, how early can a 2pm ticket get scanned?

In a related issue, does anyone know how to change the default date for the webforms? In other words we are selling tickets for a program that began July 1 and we keep adding scheduled events to that program. However the default date remains July 1 and the patrons need to select a new date. I know it would seem obvious so simply click the "other dates" but we do have some patrons that get confused.

Hi Paul, 

That can happen when the web form link was copied from a browser instead of copied directly from Altru. When publishing the web form, copy/paste the link from the Altru program form section, instead of copying from a browser:

In the Tickets menu, go to Ticket Scanning Options and you can change that window for scanning timed tickets there:

Good morning, 


I came to the community this morning to find out why my URL for my parent program changed. Thank you Christina for the answer!  I do that - I click on the link for the parent program and then copy and paste it from the browser rather than copying it directly from Altru (like you show in your screen capture).

Okay - now I have a million links to change, but I am glad to know the answer to this mystery!
