What data was on backup file during Data Breach- Has anyone found out?

Hello,

We are one of the school that received the notification about the data breach in FENxt & RENxt; however, we are having a difficult time actually finding out

what was in the backup file, ie: name, address, email, etc.... We've called the 3rd party # and they state they can put an inquiry in with Blackbaud to get back to us.

We'd like to be more specific with our continents regarding this matter.

Anyone else been able to get an answer or a copy of your backup file that was compromised?
