NXT Cannot add an attachment to an Action once it is saved

If an Action is saved and I go back into it to edit it, the option to attach a document is no longer available.  It would be helpful to be able to attach items at a later date, especially when the Action is in the future.

Instead of using edit from the three dots to the left of the action in NXT, if you click on the action where it has the type etc and that opens the popout window that appears on the right, you should be able to add attachments there.
