POST New Relationship - Unexpected Error

I'm using API calls for the incoming class [which worked last academic year] and am now getting the following error:


{"Error":"An unexpected error has occurred.  When referencing this error, please use the ReferenceId, if provided.","ReferenceId":"064a1869-1a90-4939-8167-8cb1f0ea1d72","ErrorType":"UNEXPECTED_ERROR","ErrorId":12,"ErrorClass":null,"ErrorProperty":null}


Where should I be looking for this ReferenceId?

    Hi Colleen,

    Although reference ID is a new way for us to audit the user ID of the person being added (that is, a new parent for a student), I didn't expect it to be required, which is clearly a breaking change - It would be helpful for you to report it as a bug.   However, to get you past the error, referenceID should be the userID of the person being added as a related user.
