NXT Marketing Email -- In "Style" section, Apply/Cancel buttons are inaccessible

I am encountering a problem in NXT Marketing Email that I've never had before.  When I go into the "Style" section to change background colors, the color selection pop up box is now positioned so low on the screen that the Apply and Cancel buttons are completely off-screen and inaccessible.  It makes no difference at all if I minimize the working area (i.e. take it off of full screen), nor does it matter if I scroll up as much as possible.  No matter what I do, that color pop up box situates itself in such a way as to make the Apply and Cancel buttons completely outside view and inaccessible.


I don't believe that I have unwittingly changed any settings in Marketing Email, so I cannot understand how this occurred, nor how to fix it. 


Any ideas?
