Not getting gift information

I'm no longer receiving all of the information emailed to me about an online gift, such as those things under "fine tuning" like gift is anonymous or IHO or IMO. 

Where can I find that information? Is there a live person to talk to. I need to process a gift today.

    Did you try Blackbaud's chat support?  That is the best place to start, rather than the community.

    Interesting - I've been questioning the same thing for NetCommunity gifts. I'm still fairly new to processing the online gifts but we realized last week we should have had some memorial gifts but I've seen no notations to that effect.


    Karen's suggestion to check with support would be a good idea especially if you receive no helpful replies here.
