Google Picker Freezing

When a teacher goes to save a document for uploading using the Google Picker API it freezes. 


Any help is appreciated.

Hi Peter. We're also experiencing this issue. A huge annoyance as teachers are preparing for the start of the year. Support tried to tell me that it was happening because Chrome was out of date and/or to clear our cache..... We had already verified that the browser was updated and had already cleared cache AND tried it on both Chrome and Safari. What I have discovered is the picker works fine if the file is a PDF but hangs up when a Google Doc is chosen. So our current work around is to either upload PDFs or if the teacher wants to keep the file as a google doc, upload it as a link. 


If you haven't submitted a support ticket yet, I'd suggest that you do. The more complaints they get, the more likely they will take the issue seriously.

Good to know it's not just me, I'll submit a ticket and thank you for the workaround. My bigger concern is whether or not students will have the same issue.

Hi Angie Addison‍ - any update on this? We're in the back to school rush and this hinders the workflow.
