Grateful Patient Module and WealthPoint

We're in the process of implementing Blackbaud's Grateful Patient module in CRM and have run into a workflow issue that I'm hoping others might have some advice on. We're currently using Wealth Point, but unfortunately WP has a submission limit of 2,500 at a time (more than this and the process times out).  We are a major hospital system with thousands of visits each day, so this is significant limitation for us.


I am aware that you can split large batches into smaller ones, but the limit seems to apply across batches (so running two batches of 2,000 each would result in the same problem). Given how long each screening takes I am also not sure we'll even be able to run them all each day.


I'd love any advice on how other institutions are wealth-screening their patients prospects within CRM or using WealthPoint for massive screenings in general.
