I found it, then I lost it! Email process to constituents to update details?

Hi all,

I found this functionality recently in BBCRM then promptly forgot where I found it! 


It was a process to send emails to constituents asking for updates to their current details in the database.


Can someone put me out of my misery and remind me where it is! Thanks so much ?

Hi Liz,

I've asked around here and we don't know of any out of box feature that would do this. Our assumption is that you may have stumbled across an Email Template in CRM or BBIS that was once created for that purpose. Have you looked at those?
