How to find where solicit codes are used in queries/exports/reports

My organization is doing a review of our active solicit codes and have identified a couple that are actively being applied to constituents ("that's the way we have always entered the data") but I suspect the solicit codes are no longer used as filters for queries, reporting, mailings, etc. Is there a way to identify the queries, reports, exports and/or mailings that use a specific solicit code? I know how to find the constituents coded with a specific solicit code, I just need to find out if the codes are then applied to any queries, mailings, exports, etc.

Hmm! I would do a query audit. There's not a good way (that I'm aware of) to do a query for a query, unfortunately. Alternately, start with the mailing or email that you're thinking of, and see which query is being used for it. Then work backwards. You can also remove the solicit codes in concern from config, then they shouldn't be an issue in the future, not even for queries.
