When can you drill in on an Insight?

  • An insight must be placed on a dashboard to drill in and see the flyout list appear.
  • Most users will experience this from Analysis > Dashboards.
  • If you are in the Dashboard Builder, you must be in preview mode for drill in to work.
The following measures are wired up for drill in:

To the student list:
  • Students
  • Graduated students
  • Current students
  • Withdrawn students
To the Candidate list:
  • Candidates
  • Active candidates
To the Contract list
  • Contracts
To the User list
  • Logins
  • Logged users
  • Messages
To the Report Card Grades list (Coming soon)
  • Report card grades
  • Numeric grade
That leaves the following measures that do not have drill in when used on an insight:
