URGENT!!! How do I Suppress Multiple Attritubes based on criteria?

So, our board are assigned to several different Committees and we track this via Attributes. Each committee has an attribute attributed to them. We are trying to create a crystal report that will pull all the committees for each Board Member. However, the attributes that are not "active" are showing as blank (see image below Figure 1).

Below is the back end design table (Figure 2). We grouped by Board Member, then within the footer we entered in the various Attributes associated to each group based on Formulas for each Attribute. We had tried doing a simple formula that included all attributes but it didn't pull all the qualified attributes in. It merely pulled the first one it sees.

I need to get this cleared out by Friday 9/4. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you trying to avoid the blank lines?  It's extra work, but I would create a separate footer for each attribute, then suppress that footer if the field is blank.

Thankfully it's in a subreport, so that may work. let me see if that happens.
