NXT primary constituency code work around

Hi BB Community,


we use several constituency codes in RE Classic for our constituents to, for example, designate they are alumni and a donor.

When trying to replicate the numbers in an NXT dash it is only looking at the first entry in the constituents 'constituency code' records.  So while we may have 50 people who are both alum and donors - 20 of them with alum as their first constituency code and 30 of them as donor first - then depending on what is the first entry in the constituency code record of the constituent, we are only getting 20 alum in our NXT dash.


Has anyone come across the same issue and if so, has anyone implemented a successful work around?

Do you have a hierarchy of codes?  The dashboard you are looking at is designed to report on the primary constitutent code, which is always set to be listed first.  It sounds like there has been no consistency in the order of these codes on records.  That is what needs to be cleaned up.  Also, I would consider creating a hierarchy somewhere where you know what should be listed first.
