Fundraisers in work center

My work center is not displaying all fundraisers. Some are not even included in the drop down as an option to view their work center. I've compared the roles assigned to those who are visible and those missing and the roles are the same. These fundraisers have constituents assigned to them. What am I missing?

Did you check if their user account in the database view (under Security) is linked to the constituent solicitor record? I believe that's what is required to have them in the drop down.
