Reserved Seating for Movies

I'm hoping you all can help us out. We have an IMAX Theater on property adjacent to our Museum and we are looking into third party sites to allow our guests the capability to reserve their seats in advance for a movie. We are currently blocking two seats between each group, so reserving seats in advance would really help us do this safely without having to police and assign seats to our guests. Does anyone here use this feature that's compatible with Blackbaud? Any information would be super helpful!

With COVID, unfortunately this project was tabled at our organization. However, we made a LOT of progress with a third party, Ticketor. (After reaching out to Blackbaud, they said it was not possible to incorporate a reserved seating platform with our existing site/ticketing format). Ticketor said they could incorporate our entire website into their platform. The cost was great and Ticketor is extremely user-friendly. We have a lot of random needs from our Accounting and Ops teams regarding reporting and Ticketor is extremely helpful. We are still considering this for our guests this year.


It would be great if Blackbaud/Altru had a reserved seating platform to incorporate so we wouldn't have to go to another platform, but that didn't seem to be the case any time soon. Anyone else I talked to about this said they were unable to have reserved seating/ticketing using existing Blackbaud products.
