Multiple Email copies of Official Notes
Hi All,
We are having a weird inconsistent issue with some advisors (not all) and some admin (not all) reporting that some (not all) official notes are being emailed to them 2-4 times. When I try to replicate the issue, mine only go through once
Same thing when I troubleshoot with support. I am thinking it is something on our end, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or has in the past and what is causing it. We are using Outlook 365 for mail (some the app and some the web version).
