Leavers/Withdrawals
Sharleen Samuelson
Hi,
I am a new user to BB and trying to find a way to track leavers information. Typically I would collect a withdrawal date, reason for leaving and destination (at the very least) for my enrollment reporting. I am not seeing any of this functionality in BB. Is it there? If not, how do you track this information?
Thanks for the help!
Sharleen

We
created an Admin view only field titled "Reason for Leaving"; set
up via Core > Settings > Admin view only fields >
Add field
Allows
for text input/ free text field to type reason: Choice, Financial,
COVID-19, etc.
Viewable on the students Contact Card > (within) General
information by those who have permission to view admin
view.
We
also utilize a physical form and upload it to the student's
Contact Card > Files & Forms

Thank you! I didn't know I could add those fields. I'll look into it. Is this a way for you just to record the information or can you actually pull reporting by your added fields? Appreciate your sharing your knowledge with a newbie
.

Sharleen:
Yes; you are able to report via Core > Analysis > Manage lists > Build a new list > applying the appropriate filters... again, as long as you have permissions set up/view admin view.
