Printing Membership Cards

What process do you use for Printing Membership Cards?  What format?  Paper stock type or other?

When we used to offer memberships with benefits, we had a membership card die-cut embedded in the bottom of special letterhead stock. If a constituent made a membership donation or contributed to our January direct mail appeal, their tax letter was printed on this special stock and their name and ID number was printed on their membership card which came pre-printed with our mission statement on the back. I seem to remember it being pretty substantial stock, maybe 70 lb.

We do a full sheet, letter with two cards for anyone in the General Membership program I manage if the member would like their member card mailed.

we print them on an 8.5x11 piece of paper - there are two cards attached at bottom - they 'peel off'...they're in as certain items in altru - hoping the attached screen shots help?
