Using Conditions in a Marketing Acknowledgement Letter

I have created conditions in my letter templates for a new Marketing Acknowledgement process but even though the conditions work upon testing outside of CRM, they break upon running the MA process.

Any advice appreciated. Support are also looking into this issue but I thought I'd ask the community, just in case ?
