Online Express - Receipt Stacks Question (Canada)

Hi there,


We are a Canadian institution implementing online donation forms through Online Express. I noticed in a support article that they are suggesting we set up a receipt stack strictly for gifts made through Online Express. We have two institutional bodies from which we receipt at our institution; and therefore have receipt stacks set up for both the College and the Foundation. All online express gifts will funnel through the Foundation, so I am wondering if I can just assign Online Express to receipt from our Foundation stack. I guess I'm wondering what the benefit of having a stack set up exclusively for Online Express would be? I'm hesitant to add another receipt stack as it's nice to be able to pull all receipts from College and Foundation separately and easily based on the two stacks we have currently...

You can set the OLX to whichever receipt stack you like. We maintain three stacks, one for our E Receipts, and one for Printed, and one for OLX. It's very handy having the OLX as their own stack, if only so you can see it at a glance on a gift. I also like the confidence it gives me that if I'm in the middle of a larger receipting project, I don't have to worry about an OLX gift coming in and getting auto-receipting while I'm in my process, therefore impacting my series.
