Test Pushpage Emails Taking Forever

Has anyone else had trouble with test emails of pushpages taking an extraordinary amount of time to send? In the last few weeks, it's been hours instead of minutes for a test pushpage to send. We have much of our pushpage traffic proofread by someone else before sending, and waiting hours for a test to send (during which time changes cannot be saved because it's in the process of sending) just doesn't work for us. Anyone else notice this problem?

We are seeing very long delay times up to 30 minutes for tests. Today we had an actual sent that took 8 minutes for 2400 users.
