I used to be able to copy and paste images when crafting our thank you emails, but that step seems to not be working anymore. How do I insert an image into our thank you emails?

Hi Beverli Legua‍ - This is currently not possible. There is a thread called "Has anyone successfully gotten an image or logo into an Online Express Thank You email?", which may be of interest to you.
