Recognition Programs

Does anyone have a comprehensive recognition program set up?  I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out the entire set up process.  I thought I had it, but then I run the process and get nothing.  ARGH.  I am primarily wondering how to set up my various donor recognition lists that accumulate the recognition amounts throughout the year.


I can't seem to find anything to walk me through the entire process from set up to running the process.  Any help would be appreciated.

have your tried to follow their documentation?

I've set one up in the past but have recently switched to using smart fields for our recognition. There's lots of documentation on the knowledgebase to help but let me know if you need any more help. Also, if you have any level of support, I've had “some” luck with them helping me on “chat” though it's a bit depending on the specific person you get.
