Where do you put admission notes?  We are looking for a place to put admission notes that are not seen by the parents or other faculty/staff: for example phone call notes.

I know there is the comment section under the students name on their profile page.  Any other suggestions?

We created official notes type of INTERNAL NOTE which we use for all notes on record (phone calls, reply back from family, etc.).  It is set to NOT email any family members. Works great.
