Address Validator in mass after the records are committed and added to the address table

Can you run the address validator against the address table for any non validated active addresses or on a selection of addresses.   If it is just a stored proc call , can I just create a global change to perform what the validator tool does in batch on on the contact screen during address data entry?

    In Administration, Data Tune Up, there should be a data validation tab.  You can create a selection of constituents to load into batch to validate.  It will validate all addresses for those constituents, I think.

    Is there are way in the address validator to override a value or ignore a value.  For example all of our addresses with city McGregor are flagged to change to Mc Gregor  and we don't want those to get picked up as needed address changes.  We want McGregor to stay as McGregor and not be changed.   Is there any configuration that we can achieve this?
