Prospect Profile Report

Hi All:


Looking to build a prospect profile report in Crystal that is not super dissimilar from the OOTB constituent profile report but is cleaner and can filter down on the selection criteria. Does anyone have any tips, tricks, or templates that they'd be willing to share?

We're doing this now through an ODBC connection between RE and Crystal, but previously were doing it with a custom report. It's doable, but pretty laborious - the only way I could figure out how to get it the way I wanted was to do a subreport for each section so I could have different selection criteria each time. Just make sure that your subreport links are all the same field and that your main report is using that field as a selection criterion.

Thank you so much, Steven Cianciarulo‍! I am actually trying to work on this as we speak. Do you still happen to have that report template available? If so, I would love to take a look.


Though, I haven't even gotten to building multiple sections yet; still trying to collapse Address Line 2 if it's blank (after suppressing with a formula if null - not sure what's going on there!)

I'm afraid the .rpt file is long gone at this point. 


For your address line 2 situation, sometimes there's a line break in the actual address in RE - it might be the data and not your formula.
