Splitting Designations for a Sales Order Donation
Hi All!
We have a donor that made an online sales order donation with a particular designation. The donor later informed us that she wanted to split the designation of her gift into two. Both pieces also need to be attached to Tribute funds. I cannot find any good way to split the designation by editing the sales order revenue. Any suggestions??

Hi Lisa Baker,
I don't think this can be done. Or at least, I don't know of a way. I would reach out to Blackbaud Support. They would be able to clear that question up.
