Altru and online Merchandise Sales

Altru users -We've been looking into putting a few  merchandise items for sale on our website. I am curious as to how other facilities are managing it. Is there a program to tie into Altru? Are you keeping separate inventory for online sales? I'm not even sure what's the best approach to begin.

We're using an entirely different system as Altru unfortunately still hasn't added the capability of adding merchandise online. Ours isn't connected to Altru in anyway (we're emailing out members a code and using the honor system for discounts).
