Adding Emails as Actions in NXT

Hi! I am looking into creating a workflow to automatically send emails to a list of constituents. I see where I could then add an action that this email was sent, but is there an easy way to add a completed action? I'd prefer to not have to then go in and mark these completed.

I am 99.5% certain that workflow emails cannot be marked as "completed".  I did a very small test of a workflow that would send an email to a constituent AND add an action to their record that the email was sent.  The actions were never marked as complete.


It could definitely be done using the SKY Developer platform, but you'll need someone with that experience.


The only other option that I can think of right now would be create a query to find the specific actions - assuming you can isolate them - and use Global Change in database view to mark them as complete.

You can also build a query in the database view to pull this action. From there you can do a global change to replace or add completed to those actions.

Don't the plugins for Gmail and Outlook also do this?

Dariel- I think so, but my question is more surrounding Workflows, and those emails are sent through NXT.
