Online Express emails suddenly not rendering in Outlook

Anyone having a problem with their OLX emails suddenly not rendering in Outlook? Everything was fine until yesterday. I've tried updating Outlook settings and rebuilding my templates from scratch, which seemed to be working but once I added all the content, everything was super wide. Anyone?

Same exact issue. I'm using the same images I've used many times before and they're blowing out; Usually the top photo. Or, sometimes they just don't show up. Even constraining the photo to the set pixel width doesn't work. Have copied template and used same photos from past emails, as well as tried building from scratch on never before used ready-to-go template. Have spent waaaaaay too long trying to get this figured out, so came here. Hopefully someone addresses this.

I'm having the same issue, has anyone found a resolution or heard from Blackbaud regarding this issue?

I was on the phone with them for two hours on Friday. Couldn't figure it out, so they're still working on it.

Chatted with them this afternoon...the response is try the tips in this article and if they don't work use NXT marketing e-mails.  They are not working on this issue nor do they plan to.

Same issue. They say it is an issue with some version of Outlook but they are not going to address it on OLX. They solved it on the e-mail marketing on NXT. I don't think it is a good enough answer as the NXT marketing tool is still not fully functional and they should really address this on OLX

We have also run into this issue.  It is very frustrating to be told that the problem is on our end, something we need to change in how we build OLX emails.  As we do not have NXT, there is not other email platform for us to use.

We have run into another issue with OLX Emails and I am curious if others are having this issue too - links are breaking after emails are sent.
