Drop-down Menu Multiple in Learning Profile Form

Hello - I am working to create learning profile forms.  I have added a learning field to allow for multiple items to be selected in a drop-down list, however, when trying to add a new profile for a student, it allows only one item to be selected.  Does anyone have ideas or insight on what I might be doing wrong?  I have searched through Blackbaud help topics and videos but cannot find an answer.

    Hello Brelle,


    For Form Field Type - select "Drop-down Multiple" instead of just Drop-down. This will allow you to select multiple items.

    I had this same problem, even with choosing the “multiple” option. It will only let me select more than one item if those items are in order in the drop-down list. I changed it to the “radio buttons” option, and the same problem persists: only the last item selected shows up in the learning profile. Now I can't find information on how to update a learning profile that has been activated.
