NXT Lists vs. Database Query

In building a DB Query, there are 3 check boxes asking if Inactive or Deceased constituents or those with no Valid Address should be included or not. When building a List in NXT, I see that they ask about including Inactive or Deceased. Where can I say INCLUDE those with no Valid Address??? Am I missing it? Thanks from this newby!

    Hi Paula Pasma‍ !

As a work around, what you can do is start your grouping in database view Query. In Query you can check the box to include those with no valid address. You would then save that as a static Query. Then you can go into web view and start a List from that exact static Query. Query and Lists can often work together!

If you go this route, just remember that the query in database view is static, and any records marked as "no valid address" later on won't be removed from the list in web view.  Additionally, if you go through and add a new address to a record marked as invalid, that record with the corrected address still wont be included in the web view list.  To get around this, you'll have to update the static query in database view every time you use that list in web view.
