Bounced Emails not marked

Recently I sent a very large number of email renewals.  Over 12K via Altru.

I set up the email to send any undeliverable messages to an account.

And it did...just as it has in the past.  But when I spot check the email in our system it isn't marked Bounced.


Usually it will mark it.  Am I missing something?  Was it b/c it was SUCH a large number of emails.

this is what the email will contain...I'll look up the email and it has nothing on it to indicated it bounced.  Past campaigns I'd see a red halved circle that says Bounced with some other information....?
