I am unable to add a fee or save my event registration form

When I try to add a fee it is greyed out with an error that I have not set up payment information. However, "Process payments with" does have Blackbaud Merchant Services selected. This has not happened before and I have created numerous NXT registration forms with tons of fees. Any clues??? I found an old KB article that said "they are looking into it" and that they would update the KB, but there are no updates. And, I have successfully created forms since the article was published!

    So I will answer my own question...

    I now feel like a doofus ? because I started a support chat and when he asked me to take a screenshot of the error, it suddenly worked again. I spent way too much time having it not work today and posted here, in the Facebook Group and a chat. Maybe I just needed to vent for it to work again ??
