Grading Issue

Hello! This is our first grading term with this system and I have a question. Why are students receiving a PASS grade (rather than A, B, C, etc) when faculty use the "Calculate" option under Grading? Your help is greatly appreciated!

Check the Grading set up of the course this is happening with. It sounds like it is set up as a Pass/fail class.
