RE NXT Database view super slow - Customer Service not responsive

Our RE NXT Database view has been beyond slow -like molasses slow for the last 3 weeks. I opened a case on Oct. 19 and have been back and forth with BB customer service with no less than 20 notes on the case. NO RESULTS!! They keep saying it is on our end and it is clearly not. We have tried every trouble shooting solution they have suggested to no avail. It current takes 10-15 minutes just to run a LETTER from a constituent gift record, where is normally takes less than 2 min start to finish. Anyone else having this slow down issue?

BB says they have "accelerated" the case.. what the heck does that mean? Not acceptable on any level. Can you imagine - that if I have to run 20 letters in a day - it's taking me 5 hours to do that task when it normally would be around 30 min. Could use some advice.

  • Hi Sharon, I know this is an old question but it's still a reality sadly. It's not on our end either. It's BB's servers being slow unfortunately. We thought it was our internet but it doesn't matter where we are it just always runs that slow and their customer service is not the greatest on the block. But the software itself is moving up in the world.
