Accept Cookies warning?

Has anyone implemented the Accept Cookies pop-up warning on their school website? Is there a setting to enable it?

The setting is in School website > Website management > Websites

Select the site, probably Main site you are adding this to, and Edit website

Select Site Settings

The Cookie Consent widget is there where you need to write your message and select the Enabled button under Notification Status.
