Globally Write Off Pledges

Hi,


Does anyone have experience using the Admin tool, "Globally Write Off Pledges"? I'm wondering how query works with the prompt to globally write off pledges. For example, the prompt seems to ask for filters that I already included/excluded in the query step. Specifically, the first two questions in the prompt.
