Email receipt and transaction details

Anyone know how I can receive all the giving details on each transaction? We are not receiving details on the fund "designation" they are donating towards. Thanks!

Hi Denise Schovel‍ - You can review transaction/giving details in a number of locations for OLX donations.  I would recommend that before you download gifts into a batch, export the detail by first selecting the gifts and then clicking on Export Selected.  This will generate an excel file with a row for each donation; to see all detail available, make sure you expand the row to its max height.  We use these additional detail as backup for all donations that come through OLX.  If this doesn't answer your question, let me know.

Thank you both for asking/answering this question! I have been racking my brain and looking for a way to get ALL my detail. Never thought to expand the rows (I just did the columns)
