Has anyone used the Analyze section in Enrollment Management?

We were trying to pull numbers for applicants and inquiries. I first pulled them in Candidate List then we compared them to what was in Analyze and the numbers were different. Once error I see is that if I filter on Inquiry in Analyze that there area few candidates that are actually applicants on the list. The only reason I can tell is that they skipped the inquiry form and went straight to the application.  So this also makes our applicant number in analyze incorret because those candidates aren't in the numbers.


Any ideas??

  • Hi Carissa, the big difference between analyze and the candidate list, is that many areas of analyze pull based on the status progression that you have set up for your checklist, where the candidate list looks at the forms that were completed.

  • But what if they are showing as Applicant and not Inquiry? 
  • I think they are showing as an applicant because that is their current status in the candidate list.
  • They are showing up in the inquiry bucket in Analyze even though they are applicants...it's so strange
  • Support can take a look and see what's going on. I would recommend getting in contact with them.
