Looking up batch info

Is it possible to access batches in NXT that have already been approved? There are some soft credits I need to assign, but I neglected to note them before approving. Thanks!

Hi Cheri Crist‍, 


While you can access the batches by clicking on the filter icon and unchecking the box to hide approved batches, you will have to go to the individual gift record to add the soft credits as you cannot edit the batch once it has been approved.

Hi Cheri, 

You can also find approved NXT batches in the Database View through Batch. They are automatically put into this folder . 


I also built a query in the Database view to pull the fields that our Finance Team needs.
