Has anyone purchased, or looked at, the Engagement Tile app by Red Arc?

I have installed and used the trial for this in the past. In theory, it seems great but it wasn't as practical to actually generate the Engagement score. With some improvements, I think it could be a very worthwhile tool.

Thanks.  I think I'll do the trial and see how it works. I do love the idea of the automatic generation of scores.  I've wanted to do this for a while, but we just don't have the bandwith for manual scoring.

We use ImportOMatic's ScoreOMatic product to create our own internal scores.  It works pretty well for us. 


We just re-run the scoring process (a few clicks, sit back and wait) about once a quarter and it updates the attribute/custom field we use for the score value.

Update: I did the trial. The scores worked pretty well in RE NXT, although they were slow to load. We were unable to get the scores to write back to the ratings tab in the database view, though, and since we have development officers who don't use NXT, this is a problem. I'm going to take a look at ScoreOMatic, as Tom mentioned above.

Just to add another into the mix we have realtime scores (ratings) through the smartmetrics product for NXT. No waiting to click anything, just automatically refreshed as things change. Sky API based. Message me if interested in a free trial there.
