Who is the "host?" and other workarounds.

Hi all-


RE's recent decision to stop providing names in the registration acknowledgments has thrown me for a loop. Until December 1st, we would get the names on our acknowledgment emails for everyone but according to the change on December 1st, the knowledge document says it will be sent only to the host (which I think, but I'm not sure, is the person who manages our BMS payments). 


I asked this to the Blackbaud Support Team but they seem very busy and I've just convinced our team to start using RE NXT Events for their 50+ annual events. 


1)  Does anyone know who the "host" is? 

2) I know this is a very new thing but has anyone figured out a work around?
