Error Message in OLX

Hi all,


I received the below message on my OLX donation page after someone tried to make a custom amount donation of $300 on an internal donation page.  The donation form is embedded into my organization's website and is a private URL (meaning you cannot access the page unless you have the exact URL info).  What's super crazy is that the donor actually received the error message too (I don't know what that error message stated, but something similar to this).  So it was internally and externally blasted.


I went on immediately after and made a donation and it went through just fine.  I'd like to go back to the donor to confirm their donation went through and send them a receipt OR to explain confidently that their donation did not go through and here's how to enter their donation information in the future to avoid the error.


But... I've never seen this error message before.  Would anyone be able to help problem solve and/or explain?

Hi Cristina Gonzales‍ - Error messages have been occurring recently for other users as well.  Check out the threads called "Errors have occurred on this embedded form" and "Online Express - Recent form errors" to view comments.   Additionally, you should be able to confirm whether your donor's transaction went through via the information listed in your BBMS account.

Totally checking out all of this because I just had the weirdest error happen yesterday and it was when a donor tried to do an "other" dollar amount...
