Updating email contact for organization

Hello,

I've had to update the email contact for our organization recently but the updated email address isn't receiving BB Online Express notifications. Is there somewhere I need to add the new email contact other than going into Account and changing Primary Contact Information and Email Notifications?

Hi Erin HaddadNull‍ - Make sure to check the spam folder in the updated email address' inbox.  You may have to move a few of the BB emails marked as spam to the address' inbox in order to receive the messages there.

Thanks, I'd already checked the Spam folder & no luck. Still missing emails.

Reach out to support and see if for some reason the new email address is black-listed on BB's servers.

Erin - Did you update/add the new email address to your Online Express form email notification list on the Thank You tab?
