Workflow is "lagging behind"

My Constituent List is set to look for constituents with a "Recent Gift" tag. I have a Workflow that pulls from this List, and assigns an action to the assigned fundraiser to call them.


We added a gift for someone on December 1. But the workflow action wasn't added until December 10.


Why the lag time??

    Hi Julie,

    I apologize for not getting back to you on this sooner. Have you seen this happen again since this post? The lag time should definitely not be that long, so I am curious is this was a one-time thing you noticed, or if it has happened again.

    Hi Kylee, we ended up stopping that workflow after a couple of months, for reasons beyond this issue. Thanks for checking in.
