Viewing MG details in NXT

I work primarily in db view so when a staff member said they can't see MG's on a constituent record in NXT Giving History but that they previously could, I don't know if something has changed or her memory is foggy.  We found where you could get to it by going to 'work with gifts' but she is pretty sure MG were listed among the gifts that show on the Giving History.


Is there a setting I can change to include MG or is her memory just not so good on this?

All gifts including pledges, mg, soft credits should show in nxt gift history (work with gifts just opens the list in a new window, same gifts). You may need to point out the tabs to page forward through the list. Also, there are system pref in nxt that allow u to set what types of gifts are included in reports and recognition lists. Perhaps someone changed these?

If everything can/should be displayed, settings have been changed somewhere. I looked but could not find a setting for this.  Would gladly change it to show all if I knew how. Directions appreciated.


MG should be on first tab of Giving History based on date. In screen shot of "work with gifts" gift is clearly on record.

Hmmm...is the gifts list perhaps sorted by fund or type, instead of date? Very easy to do by accident....

Giving History is sorted by date, newest to oldest.  The MG do not show on any of the pages.
