Edit how my name appears when I email donors through Raiser's Edge 7

Hi! I've searched for this but can't seem to find anyone to help - BB tech included. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to edit how my name appears when I email donors through Raiser's Edge? Currently, it shows "kfeldman" and that's it. I would like it to show my full name and possibly my organization so it doesn't look so insanely spammy. I work with major donors, and it's my fear that many of my messages are being missed because they look like spam.


First image below is how my name looks as the sender of an email to my personal gmail account, and second screen shot is how my manager's looks when sent the same way- both accounts were set up via our IT department in the same way.

Hi Katie Feldman‍ - When you say you "email donors through Raiser's Edge", can you be more specific? Is it through a Donor's record, the Outlook Plugin, or something else?

Hi Austen Brown‍ ! Thanks- and apologies! I email donors through their records by clicking on the email linked within. I believe it shows the same when I email through my RE hosted Outlook, as well. I am trying to get our IT dept to figure out how to integrate our locally hosted Outlook to integrate with RE so we can track actions made outside of RE but so far, no luck-- maybe that will be another post ?

Katie - To my knowledge, the only way to integrate Outlook with RE7 is if both are self-hosted, otherwise the only option is through RE-NXT's integration with Microsoft.
