I am looking to create a database confidentiality agreement for employees, volunteers and interns to sign during onboarding. Does anyone have an example they could share of what you use at your organization?

    Hi,

    I work at Boston University. We use SharePoint. We have a list of people onboarding and offboarding. It includes their name, start date, id# etc. Then we have a SharePoint document library with a field for the persons name that is linked to the employee list. We upload a signed Non disclosure to the document library and assign it to a person via the name field. On the employee list we have a checkbox that is checked if there is a signed document in the documents folder. So we have two places we can go to to see if a person has signed an Non disclosure.
